We are currently recruiting to a Director of Ambassador and Influencer Programme to join Unicef UK. This brand new role is a rare opportunity to drive our approach to collaborating with ambassadors and high-profile supporters, celebrities, influencers and bloggers. This includes the leadership of the global taskforce managing a high-profile Goodwill Ambassador Fund, growing its impact and influence in support of our work for children.

As Director of Ambassador and Influencer Programme, you will develop a future forward strategy, defining the changing role of ambassadors and influencers for Unicef UK.  You will also have the opportunity to define a strategy to maximise our organic social media influence through personalities and influencers, as well as a strategy for bringing regular non-financial partnerships and opportunities to Unicef UK through our network in the broadcasting and film sector and other opportunities co-created with our ambassadors.

To succeed, you will have significant experience in managing high-profile global individuals. You will be a talented leader, able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver on multiple objectives including fundraising and advocacy with high level of risk and multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong expertise in communication and marketing, as well as experience in risk and crisis management and an excellent knowledge of social media and digital communication strategies Strong understanding of cultural trends and consumer insights.
