The Role:

Driven and ambitious? Entrepreneurial and love a good challenge? I am looking for a Business Development Manager to join a leading PR agency based in Central London.

In return, you will receive generous and substantial bonuses for any new fee you bring to the company, making this job full of, potentially, mammoth rewards!

 

The Ideal Candidate

Experience and aptitude to source cold leads and convert them to new accounts is vital – you have to be super passionate about this sort of work and truly driven to achieve the best.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a PR agency and be well versed in sourcing leads, creating pitches and presenting to potential new clients. Ideally at Account Director level or above, you will be eager to focus your career in this area.

This PR & Digital agency provide business with increased awareness by building their image through accountable PR outcomes.

This agency, made up of around 40 people, hold a strong team ethic and family feel alongside offering a fantastic culture across their 5 key divisions: Food & Drink, Property, Corporate, Charity and Digital. This also gives a fantastic diversity to their client list.

They are enjoying a phenomenal growth phase, having won over £300k in new business at the end of 2018 – and they don’t plan on stopping yet! (Plus they have two beautiful office dogs who can brighten any day!)
