The Role
- First point of contact for leading clients
- Driving new business growth alongside other senior team members
- Delivering strategy across reputation and crisis management
- Helping to manage the team alongside the Head of Department
- Senior experience in either an in-house or agency role
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
- Strong new business skills
- Ability to collaborate across the agency
