After several years of growth, a leading agency are looking for a Senior Associate Director to join their Healthcare team, one of the fastest growing within the London office. They have a diverse portfolio of clients and work includes strategic consultancy, consumer brand campaigns, content strategy + generation, marketing strategy, analyst relations, media relations, crisis management, corporate reputation, thought leadership, product launches, influencer strategy and execution, social strategy and management, and advocacy and stakeholder engagement programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, strategic thinker to join an award-winning team in a global agency. You must have excellent verbal and written skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• To provide senior level strategic counsel and insight, bold ideas and creativity to meet client requirements

• To be a trusted advisor to the client, introduce new services and create opportunities that result in revenue growth

• To keep the client happy and enhance client relationships and partnerships

• To help professionally develop other members of the team, act as a team coach, mentor and motivator

• To encourage and demonstrate collaborative working across global networks as well as internal and creative studio

Requirements:

• Be an effective communicator with a proven record in leading, managing and growing profitable portfolio of businesses

• Have a passion and understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare business, including the relevant regulations and modern communications channels

• Have both global and UK expertise and agency experience as well as knowledge of consumer healthcare would be useful
