Senior (Global Consumer) PR Consultant - Freelance Contract

We are currently recruiting for a Senior (Global Consumer) PR Consultant position with a well-known travel website. This is a freelance contract role (for an initial period of 6 months) and will be based in the company's offices in Central London. This is an exciting and rare in-house opportunity and would suit a highly-motivated consumer PR professional with solid press office experience.

This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will have the opportunity to work across a range of areas and collaborate with teams across the business. You will be responsible for ensuring there is a regular stream of high-quality coverage that effectively positions the company in-line with its brand objectives and with a focus on its priority markets. You will lead strategic decisions on consumer PR/line management of external PR support where necessary in priority markets and you will support and direct the regional PR reps. You will work closely with the corporate comms & PR, partner marketing and social media global leads to ensure activities and campaigns are aligned and you will represent consumer PR in the wider business to ensure messaging/tone of voice is kept consistent and on brand.

To be considered for this position you must be a strong leader with excellent consumer PR credentials and a proven track record in running a busy press office. In addition, you must be a highly-motivated individual who can meet tight deadlines with ease and can effectively manage challenging situations within a fast-paced commercial environment.
