This role is responsible for actively improving the overall experience for all BT employees.

Your accountabilities

  • Shapes, manages and delivers the detailed plan for all BT-wide employee experience activities, in support of the Internal Corporate Communications Director; ensuring that these activities align with the annual plan for all Corporate Communications activities.
  • Proactively searches for and proposes new initiatives to improve the employee experience across BT
  • Supports others with their employee experience initiatives , ensuring that the employee experience is consistent across the whole of BT.
  • Gathers insight and feedback surrounding all employee experience activities, ensuring these are captured and understood.
  • Supports, manages and develops 3 x Employee Experience Managers

Skills required:

  • Excellent stakeholder management ability
  • Excellent understanding of the BT ‘narrative’ and how this is experienced by BT employees
  • Excellent leadership and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent influencer

Experience required:

  • Experienced and senior communications expert, able to facilitate an coordinate activities that engage all BT employees
