Senior Account Manager / Account Director - Issues & Crisis

You will work across a range of sectors and advise high profile clients on business-critical issues, including media engagement and public affairs.   • Delivering a range of crisis, issues and reputation management work
  • Being the main point of contact with the client on planning and delivery of significant programmes of work
  • Leading an account team to develop client proposals
  • Ensuring quality and consistency of service for clients- developing expertise, adding to existing and new products and services.


  • Solid experience with crisis management in a communications agency
  • Proven strong media relations skills, direct experience of proactive pitching and active rebuttal.
  • A strong enthusiasm and proactive attitude, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent written and communications skills
