Job Details

One of London’s leading strategic communications agencies are looking for an Account Director and or an Associate Director to join their award-winning Corporate team. As part of this growing and successful team, you will be ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, provide strategic advice to clients and playing a big part in the development of the more junior team members. You will be joining an agency with a great working environment, superb clients and great benefits!

Depending on candidate experience, these roles could see you working across accounts belonging to the technology, public health or blue-chip sectors. This client works on huge global brands through to exciting start-up challenger brands, so you will be exposed to a real variety.

Responsibilities:

  • Client counsel and strategy input
  • Overseeing various client accounts- these could include government clients, big names in financial services, global FMCG brands and many other diverse well-known brand names
  • Providing leadership and guidance – inspiring and mentoring
  • Using different media, policy and political networks to provide insight and advice to clients
  • Creative thinking to create the most exciting corporate reputation campaigns for clients that stand out
  • Network to strengthen contacts
  • Advise on the development of effective communications strategies for clients
  • Leading on global accounts

Requirements:

  • Great at client servicing
  • The ability to develop strategy, shape campaigns and understand the critical social issues that affect businesses’ mandate to operate
  • A strong background in corporate reputation- agency and or in-house
  • Global experience / Toolkit experience
  • A strong network of contacts across multiple sectors
  • A sense of how the corporate world is evolving
  • Able to manage, inspire and influence team members
