Job Details

Our client is in its fifteenth year this year and continues to grow and achieve great things. At its heart sits a growing team that focuses on data, insights, research and analytics. They use data and evidence to help clients define their strategies and deliver their objectives; they use qualitative research and behaviour change theory to deliver the right messages to the right audiences. They use data harvesting and scripts to capture data (Python and bespoke code) and natural language processing to carry out topic modelling and mapping. Also classic statistical techniques to build models of impact and to create segmentations. All of this alongside the more traditional surveys, qualitative interviews, focus groups etc. They also provide strategic frameworks and sound strategic advice to enable clients to ascertain what they are trying to achieve.

They’re looking for a highly-skilled practitioner to join at or around Associate Director level. You’d act as #2 to the team head and help drive and shape the team and its core offer.

You’ll need a demonstrable track record in delivering first-rate research and insights and have experience of the methodologies listed above. The team is sector agnostic, but gets to work with some big-name clients who are disrupting highly-regulated sectors such as energy, technology, financial services and healthcare.

If you’re looking for a role in which you can really make a difference, get in touch, quoting the reference: LB509958.
