If you are an Internal Communications professional and you are looking to take a new step into a global consultancy, I have a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to do just that!

This organisation operates in over 30 different countries and this role will come under their UKIMEA remit and will give the successful candidates an opportunity to work with the 17 different offices that they currently have in the UK which amasses to around 7,000 employees. They are an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services.

The job holder will be required to shape and develop the digital communication strategy for HR and drive its implementation. This will include responsibility for the HR intranet, the content strategy and assessing the effectiveness of the site together with other associated digital applications currently used by the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and develop insight-driven content to meet a variety of communication channels including written, digital and verbal and manage communications across variety of platforms such as email, intranet and printed as appropriate.
  • Work with key HR Stakeholders to plan, develop and co-create content for internal/external presentations, thought-provoking articles, social media, HR monthly online updates, external professional award entries etc. 
  • Expand and manage the internal/external social media presence for HR, sourcing and sharing relevant, engaging stories and key information from across the team.
  • Managing the HR team internal communications calendar and scheduling communications against agreed timelines to ensure maximum visibility and impact

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication, copywriting and editing skills
  • Significant experience in Internal Communications is a MUST-HAVE
  • Ability to think strategically while also happy to be “hands on” in terms of campaign delivery 
  • Excellent Digital skills with proficiency with Microsoft office and G-Suite
  • A proven track record of working with digital/ technology firms supporting a range of internal communications or a keen interest and understanding of this sector
  • Experience of advising and influencing stakeholders
