We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Officer to join our communications team. You will play a crucial role in all aspects of internal communications – from planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and leading the ongoing development of our Office365 intranet, to coming up with new and innovative ways of engaging our diverse workforce. You will manage our internal news schedule across all channels, produce a range of digital communications and videos, provide communications advice to some of our most senior colleagues and develop messaging which tells our story in a powerful and meaningful way.

The right person will have excellent written communication skills and experience in, and a passion for, internal communications, alongside a solid understanding of digital, video and marketing communications. They will also be competent in using a wide range of digital communications platforms, content management systems and web-based software. Previous Office365 experience would be beneficial.
