Do you have a passion for producing exciting and engaging employee communications? If so, this could be a perfect role for you! Our client, a well established global Financial Services business are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Manager to join their highly regarded communications team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and implementing Internal Communications strategy
  • Leading on creative and engaging employee communications
  • Senior stakeholder engagement and management
  • Planning, editing and writing content for a variety of internal communications platforms
  • Working with wider communications team to align key messages
  • Management of all internal communications channels

The ideal candidate will be/will have:

  • Well established experience in an Internal Communications post
  • Experience in a financial or professional services business would be beneficial
  • Energy, passion and enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to deliver complex material
  • Fantastic relationship building skills
  • Experience of managing complex stakeholder structure
  • Ability to translate business objectives into integrated and targeted internal communications plans
