This fantastic well known 100 + strong London based agency is seeking a strong AD or senior account manager to join their travel and lifestyle team.

You will be managing a BIG name in the world of travel as well as some other big brand cool accounts, and leading a team of AE-AMs.

 THE WORK IS BIG BRAND VERY COOL INTEGRATED LED WORK

The role will include:

  • Leading a team of Jnr / Account Managers to create a high performance culture – maintain and grow the client portfolio, develop new and innovative PR programmes, instil an organisational framework
  • Being visible and available to clients as an experienced link to the media and oversee strategy and contract management
  • Creating annual work plans and strategies for multiple clients, to increase coverage across traditional and social platforms, and form valuable partnerships with complimentary brands
  • Working on individual and group media visits, both proactivity and reactively
  • Ownership of specific projects / PR campaigns, along with budget management
  • Proactive and reactive media relations
  • Overseeing monthly report compiling
  • Organising media missions and meetings when clients are in-market – concept creation, venue sourcing and liaison, budget management and execution ensuring that team are given roles/responsibilities within programme management
  • Working alongside senior management on the growth and development of the individual members of the PR team
  • New business development and pitching

You must have:

  • Experience managing project campaigns and running events
  • Experience managing a team that report into you
  • A solid network of key contacts within travel and lifestyle media, on and off-line
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communicating abilities
  • Confidence in speaking and presenting in public
  • Experience in working in an agency environment, running multiple tasks in a dynamic and pressurised environment
