Director (Corporate & B2B)

This well respected, integrated PR agency, based outside of London, is growing quickly and winning multiple awards. They're now looking to expand their successful offering by bringing a senior team member on board to set up and build a new offering in London.

As an agency they work predominantly in corporate communications and consumer engagement, working with clients across B2B, B2C and public sector. The founders are extremely ambitious and excited to work with the new Director to build and grow the agency.

This is a unique opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, that's excited about the chance to develop a new offering and shape the direction of the agency's future.

The Director role

The new Director will be based remotely in London, and initially you will be working with the team in the Head Office to develop the agency's new London offering. You will be expected to help market the agency, bring in new business and eventually hire a team underneath you. You will also have the opportunity to work on existing business and client accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading on new business development, including writing proposals and leading pitches


• Marketing and branding the agency in order to raise its profile


• Directing client accounts, from both a creative and strategic perspective and an operation / management perspective


• Developing team culture, and recruiting and mentoring new team members

Key requirements:

The new Director will have:

• Senior level B2B and B2C PR experience, ideally across multiple industries


• Exceptional new business experience and success - from developing leads to converting


• An understanding of the full marketing mix and experience developing integrated PR and digital campaigns


• Excellent team and people management capabilities
