The Role- Consumer AD

We are looking for a strong AD or even SAD – this agency doesn’t have the SAD title so the next step would be an Associate Director level hence the salary bracket.

What’s important for this role is the strategic and creative side, over the execution/project management.

You’ll work on flagship accounts in FMCG/food/personal care from a global and UK perspective, so global experience is ideal but not essential. At this level, the ability to combine strong analysis, strategic thinking and planning, with powerful creativity is a must.

Specific skills/experience/attributes required:

  • Experience in developing sophisticated and strategic client proposals ensuring the work is always bespoke and of a high quality
  • Experience working as part of Integrated Agency Teams to ensure that PR takes a lead role in cross discipline strategic planning and have the ability to demonstrate value of this model to clients
  • Proactive: takes the initiative to drive things forward
  • Can work independently as well as lead and inspire a team
  • Comfortable giving strategic counsel to senior clients
  • Experience in being part of pitch processes and identifying organic growth opportunities across accounts
