Key Responsibilities

• Creating second to none social media strategies, working closely with clients to offer a consultative approach enabling them to achieve their objectives and beyond


• Managing the implementation of creative, high profile social media campaigns through day to day hands on delivery as well as delegation of work load to junior team members


• Developing strong, credible relationships with clients to retain existing, and gain new business


• Working with directors on new business opportunities


• Leading and mentoring junior members of the team

Key skills

• Experience within a dedicated social media management role previously


• Exceptional understanding of the social media landscape and current trends


• Knowledge of social media tools for posting, scheduling, analysing and reporting


• Confidence and credibility when pitching to clients


• Strong communication and leadership skills along with an ability to build excellent relationships at all levels
