PR Director - Luxury Consumer

We have partnered with a growing fully integrated PR agency who are circa 60 strong based in central London. The agency is going through rapid growth and they seek to appoint a Head of Client Services to sit on the luxury consumer & lifestyle team and be part of the executive board.

You will have strong experience in the luxury consumer and lifestyle sector and want to play an integral part in driving and managing the division. You will take a strategic lead on the accounts and oversee the campaign and delivery of projects whilst assisting in developing new business and identifying new business streams.

The role:

• Leadership and P&L responsibility for the team of 20+
• Leading the team to develop strategies for clients in the areas of consumer, lifestyle, luxury and travel
• Revenue generation by extending engagements with existing clients or developing new client relationships
• Leverage the culture to create a high-energy, positive, diverse, creative culture that attracts and retains top talent
• Identify growth opportunities of the key service offerings to create a competitive offering
• Marketing and industry conversation – ensuring the team are networking, conversing, attending industry events and broadening their own horizons and connectivity,
• People and staff management across the UK and reporting into the senior board

You will be a seasoned PR consultant in the luxury consumer and or luxury lifestyle sector, you will be looking for your a step up from associate to director and have desires to be part of the senior board to really shape and develop a growing agency, whilst taking the strategic client services lead.
