Account Director - Consumer / Lifestyle

A close knit PR agency are on the lookout for a for an Account Director to join their lovely team! They work across a range of food and drinks, beauty, fashion, general consumer, lifestyle, fitness and well being clients and are looking for someone with a great black book of consumer lifestyle contacts. You will be keen to get your sleeves rolled up doing new business and mentoring junior members of the team - overseeing press releases and strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, sociable and close agency and work with some amazing clients. They would consider a strong SAM looking for a step up. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing PR campaigns, brand plans and media strategies across relevant industries
• Delivering successful projects for a range of clients across UK and international media, securing media coverage, features and news items
• Being the day-to-day point of contact for clients
• Training, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Leading new business pitches

Requirements:

• Proven agency experience within the consumer/lifestyle sector
• Be aware of the changes in the PR industry 
• Ability to manage a team 
• Broad network of contacts including media, influencers and brands 
• Strong work ethic
