We're delighted to partner with this fantastic independent, creative PR and Social agency of 35 fun and friendly consultants who are seeking an Associate Director to join their fast paced food and drink team.
Based in London Bridge in very beautiful offices, this fearless agency like to run with big ideas to create innovative and memorable solutions that change perceptions and capture imaginations. They are a team who believes in taking the work seriously, but not themselves, which is why they have such an excellent employee retention rate. The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership to a talented team across a range of food and drink accounts, drive forward business strategies as part of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will work with prestigious well-known brands across, and along with global food & drink brands you will also work with new and exciting brands.
You'll be adept at providing expert counsel around your clients, proactively identifying their communication needs, appropriate KPIs and overseeing the development and delivery of programmes to meet these goals. Your campaigns will be fully integrated and you will work on creative and exciting projects.
Leading multiple accounts to ensure delivery of projects to budget and deadline you'll have overall responsibility for the quality of day to day team output, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Coupled with this you will lead and mentor your team of 'foodies'. Your background will be strong experience and a real passion for the food & drink sector.
In Return:
They are offering a salary of £65-75K, based on experience, commission on new business introduced, 25 days holiday, private Medical Insurance post 2 years employment, company pension (4% employer contribution), performance related pay scheme (annual, after qualifying period), season ticket loan, early finishes every Friday, cycle to work scheme, be good days – everyone may take 1 day (paid) to work for a charity of their choice, birthdays – 3pm departure after cake, weekly running club on Wednesday at 5pm (plus 2 pub runs Per Year), bubbles Friday – Between 4:00-4:30pm every Friday a bubbles cart will go around the office
