Marketing Manager

Do you want to work for a world leader in recruitment, talent sourcing and talent management? A global workforce solutions company is looking for a Marketing Manger to build the company’s reputation by creating impactful, global marketing campaigns. 

You will be working in the heart of London, creating marketing materials, thought leadership content, events and working on the group's marketing strategy. Other responsibilities include creating events and working closely with the sales team, to better understand client and candidate activity. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tactical marketing campaigns (designed to produce leads and inbound calls)
• Compose thought leadership and market commentary materials
• Oversee advertising campaigns and promotional activity
• Support the team in coordinating and overseeing events
• Support the global marketing team in administrating the visibility of global marketing campaigns (in relation to UK activity)
• Management of marketing budgets

Requirements:

• Ability to provide strategic guidance
• Management experience
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Campaign administration experience
• Ability to analyse and interpret statistical data
• Experience of driving online marketing campaigns
