Account Manager - Consumer Technology Giant / Entertainment

One of the UK’s leading technology PR agencies are looking for an Account Manager to join their brilliant team and work for the busy Press Office of one of the biggest names within the consumer tech space. Therefore, this is a great role if you want to really focus and get to know one client. 

You will have some big consumer/entertainment brand experience and a real interest and understanding of technology brands. Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of social media management and feel confident handling client-facing accounts. This is a really varied role, working on the most exciting accounts that you could possibly want to in this sector, and will be a fantastic opportunity to progress your career alongside a passionate and friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Using your knowledge of consumer media to work on some of the most exciting creative projects for flagship consumer tech and entertainment clients
• Distributing announcements to key press, running campaigns, events and building journalist and influencer relations
• Knowing what is trending and how to use it to develop campaigns
• Helping to develop and execute strategic plans for creative brand campaigns

Requirements:

• Big consumer/entertainment brand experience
• Initiative and the ability to be proactive – able to drive campaigns forward whilst motivating your team to exceed client expectations
• Strong interest and understanding of consumer media
• Strong experience, interest and understanding of working for technology brands
