Job Details
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a PR Director to join the Corporate team of an award-winning strategic communications agency in Central London. You will provide strategic guidance to both clients and colleagues, making sure account teams sustain the highest rates of client satisfaction. Other responsibilities include generating profit and new business, managing programmes that change public opinion and encourage behaviour change. You will be working in a supportive and creative environment and receive excellent benefits such as free breakfast, childcare vouchers, pension and a season ticket loan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and consultancy to clients and manage servicing and programme delivery
- Build the business through new business leads
- Managing a team, delivering guidance, overseeing resourcing issues, line management and the enrolment of talent
- Build senior level contacts to strengthen the team’s profile across the industry
- Provide support for the strengthening of successful communication schemes for clients
Requirements:
- Experience working alongside CEOs, politicians and regulators to evolve strategy, create campaigns and gain an understanding of the social problems that have an impact on businesses’ approval to operate
- Experience working across all communications channels
- Excellent system of contacts spanning business, politics and the media and an excellent understanding of how the corporate world is developing
- Ability to use your media and political network to give clients excellent advice
