Associate Consultant (AE / SAE) - specialist consultancy which helps businesses 'do' digital better

I have a fascinating opportunity for someone who is interested in combining skills in social and digital media with meaty corporate reputation management.

The level of the role would suit someone around Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level.

My client is a specialist consultancy whose purpose is to help businesses do digital for themselves. It helps teams to use the web more effectively, whether that’s for promotional and crisis response communications, publishing content on an easy to use website, or learning how to have better conversations on social media. And it does this through a combination of face-to-face and remote training and coaching, supported by platforms that they've developed in-house.

The agency is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, an active social media user, and fascinated by how digital is changing the way organisations engage online. You will be confident enough to remove the mystery around digital, help people overcome their fears and provide constructive challenges for more experienced teams.

Here’s a taster of some of the great things you’ll be doing:
- delivering training to corporate comms teams
- creating realistic crisis simulation scenarios for international organisations
- building individuals’ digital confidence
- helping organisations to use digital channels to tell their stories
- keeping up-to-date with all the latest digital trends

You will have existing experience in a media or communications environment, perhaps a press office or corporate communications team, potentially even a reporter. Ideally you will also have some experience creating and editing online content, using tools like Photoshop and iMovie.
