Communications and Change Executive - Publishing House - FTC 

One of the world’s leading publishing houses are looking for a Communications and Change Executive to support the Group Communications Team.   

Responsibilities

• Defining, tracking, and delivering communication plans
• Creating a range of communications collateral, such as presentations, letters, newsletters, briefing notes and internet pages, for multiple audiences.
• Creating and supporting stakeholder engagement workshops and meetings or other events, ensuring timely creation of agendas and minutes in support
• Creating crisis communications plans which consider multiple audiences
• As required, supporting Change Managers producing and maintaining change mitigation plans, assessing effectiveness of change mitigation activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience working and successfully delivering in a communications or change role
• Proven ability to develop and deliver communication collateral in line with planned dates following detailed plans and briefs
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to work proactively with minimal supervision and at pace, making judgement calls on competing requirements
• Strong communication and relationship management skills - ability to communicate and connect with people, both verbally and in writing, to senior management level
• A desire to learn and develop and gain further experience in a complex programme environment 
• Basic communication design skills – desirable
