My client is a forward-thinking PR Agency who use the momentum of relevant news stories to help their clients grow. The role may require some travel to Scandinavia, Europe and the USA.

This international news-powered PR Agency has a unique approach increasing attention of European, American and Nordic business, technology and lifestyle concepts within the UK and the wider English-speaking world.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Executive:

• Aid in the planning and delivery of media strategies for clients and contribute to creative brainstorms and campaign ideas for clients.


• Research and assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases, contributed articles and reactive comment.


• Work alongside the Account Manager to maintain organisation of materials and campaigns: creating reports, logging coverage, generating press lists, keeping the team organised.


• Selling-in stories to the media - Strong and existing relationships with key members of the media is a bonus.


• Raise the profile of client key staff within lifestyle media and help to prepare weekly client updates and reports.


• Potentially attend client and new business meetings in the UK, Scandinavia and USA.

Essential Skills of the Account Executive:

• Have strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.


• You are proactive when it comes to creative ideas and contributing to strategy.


• Able to proactively offer ideas on the best ways to react to newsworthy stories within the news agenda, as well as on how to leverage and repurpose existing client content to generate coverage.


• Ideally have copy-writing skills.
