Internal Communications Executive - FMCG

Based in the highly collegiate corporate communications team, you’ll work closely with the internal communications manager in the development and delivery of internal communications strategies and tactics that will inspire and engage colleagues, creating and managing innovative campaigns across traditional and digital channels, and planning and co-ordinating conferences and events.
Experience gained in either internal or external communications could be considered but you’ll need to demonstrate a passion for employee engagement, a talent for writing and content generation, and first class project planning and management skills. Practised in working with senior level stakeholders, you'll be a first class relationship builder with effective influencing and presentation skills, able to work collaboratively across department and within teams.
