My client, a leading chartered surveyors & property consultants are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications with a strong background in PR.

Their aim is to provide comprehensive solutions throughout the property lifecycle and they have been doing this successfully since 1892. They now wish to strengthen their offering by bringing on board a first-class Head of Marketing & Communications.

About The Head of Marketing & Communications

As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll be working closely with the Head of Practice Operations and Managing Partner to establish and enhance the brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Marketing & Communications:

* Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, Marketing and Online to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organisation.
* Develop and run PR and creative campaigns to emphasise corporate credentials and thought leadership status.
* Manage all standard marketing literature and ensure that any marketing material, reports and other communications are aligned with the brand guidelines.
* Develop and implement Social strategy.

About The Successful Head of Marketing & Communications

If you have solid PR experience and knowledge of the commercial real estate or professional services industries, this could be the ideal role for you.

Desired Skills and Competencies of the Head of Marketing & Communications
* 3-5 years' experience in PR
* Highly articulate with excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
* Previous experience of creative B2B PR campaign management and planning
* Passion and expertise in social media; including how to exploit social media from a PR and reputation management perspective

The Head of Marketing & Communications role pays an annual salary up to £50,000 and includes excellent benefits and incentives.
