·     Manages employee engagement, guiding actions and behaviours of teams, whilst driving high performance levels



·     Manages high profile client accounts, including planning and creating high level strategic proposals, budgeting and senior level client relations


·     Supports the creative development of unique ideas and concepts, rolling out integrated digital PR campaigns, producing multi-channel content and securing news and wider depth coverage


·     Manages the planning, organisation, coordination and implementation of PR strategies, programmes, tactics and policies in respect of clients


·     Develops and delivers campaigns to an exceptional standard, providing added value strategic consultancy and initiatives for organic growth, ensuring creative ideas are on-brand and delivered against objectives 


·     Forges and maintains good relationships with all stakeholders and conducts extensive liaison, ensuring exceptional delivery of service to meet all requirements


·     Proactively develops and maintains productive relationships with high end media outlets and key influencers to enhance the client experience and boost brand activity


·     Delivers outstanding event planning, management and protocol, ensuring best practice


·     Is insightful about improving services and seeks feedback from the client on service delivery


·     Maintains a sophisticated understanding of current affairs and is immersed in the client’s sector, brand, competition, technical and international trends and actively shares good practice with audiences



·     Exceptional business and financial management, including reviewing capacity planners, over-servicing and budgetary control, authorising payments and ensuring profitability


·     Demonstrates ability to increase client fee income and target additional fee opportunities



·     Effectively measures own performance against KPIs using a range of evaluation techniques


·     Integral member of the senior management team


·     Actively shares and promotes good practice



·     Proactively supports Associate Director and directs teams on implementation, setting realistic KPIs and helping teams to understand and excel on delivery


·     Identifies strengths of team members and delegates accordingly, ensuring teams are focused on servicing the client as the first priority, to a standard of excellence and success


·     Recognises and addresses performance and team issues quickly and positively
