This globally famous independent, highly connected creative communications agency is famous for delivering culturally-relevant campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.  The agency’s network consists of a team of over 200 PR and Marketing professionals, strategists, digital specialists, producers and creatives working across a wide variety of clients from blue chip to indie start ups.

What we’re looking for:
 

• We are looking for a Head of Experiential who comes with a proven track record in both client service and revenue growth.
• You will already be Associate Director / Client Partner / Business Director level
• Demonstrable commercial acumen and experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
• Experience of working on fully integrated campaigns including PR, events and social for large consumer brands
• Ability to inspire teams to do amazing work, and inspire clients to be brave and push ahead
• A love for culture, and a desire to share trends and insights with clients and colleagues alike

Key requirements for this position are:

Experiential agency experience at senior level (essential)
Proven production experience in terms of practical event delivery
Demonstration of leadership and delivery of flawless award-winning campaigns

Proven leadership in terms of client management - this role retains responsibility for retention, maintenance and growth of all clients

New business prowess - the ability to attract and convert new clients

Team management - day-to-day responsibility for nurturing, directing and inspiring a team

Experienced in managing P&L and forecasting figures

Someone who understands and demands high quality and attention to detail, leading by example

Practical experience required:

Beyond the key responsibilities of client servicing, new business delivery, financial management and team management, the successful candidate with have proven experience (to senior level within an agency) of delivery of experiential work for known brands:

Demonstrable and practical experience of delivering:

• Multi-project management to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and processes
• Existing network of brand marketing decision makers
• Event execution - from onsite support through to catering management
• Leadership - from leading operational events budgets to managing juniors
• Client communication - managing and delivering on client expectations and face to face client relationship development
• Supplier management - with suppliers from photographers to video producers
• Administration - overseeing logistics and preparation of planning documentation
