A top agency renowned for producing thought provoking work are on the hunt for an Associate Director who has insight into QRS, retail, food and sustainability. The agency has an office in Central London and New York. The London office has over 200 members of staff. They all bring something unique to the table which has brought the agency from strength to strength. The agency works with clients from all sectors but you’ll be working with two food clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction to clients in times when reputational threats occur

Lead responses to nearly 1000 enquires a year that come into the team

You’ll have both consumer and corporate comms experience

You’ll have a flair for CEO profiling, producing campaigns based on consumer affairs, welfare, nutrition and NGO activities

Employer brand experience would be helpful but not a requirement

Project management

Managing a large matrixed team

Overseeing the press office and media relations

Developing relationships with relevant journalists and influencers

Planning and generating earned media

Creating and executing on long term strategic communications plan for the company

Budgeting

People development

You:

You’ll be ambitious, witty and confident- great banter is a requirement

You’ll have experience working with food or retail brands in a large agency environment in the UK
