Internal Communications Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Europe’s leading PVC producer INOVYN, part of one of the world’s largest chemical companies INEOS.

This is a key role within the Central Communications Team, created to design and implement a major internal communications programme to embed a culture of innovation with employees across 8 countries.

Working with pan-European communications colleagues, you will have first class written and verbal communication skills, along with a high degree of cultural sensitivity. A native English speaker, other languages would be a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, with a creative flair, and able to translate complex subjects into high-impact integrated communications campaigns across multiple media channels.

Specifically, you will use your experience in existing and emerging digital communications tools and techniques to increase our use of visual communications across a range of mediums including intranets, social media and digital screens.

Key skills and experience

• First-class copywriting and editing skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail
• At least 5 years leading integrated internal communications campaigns for a large multi- national organisation
• Strong team player, with good influencing and networking skills
• Working knowledge of WordPress and EPIServer Content Management Systems
• Knowledge of digital media production
