Building a more sustainable future, managing our energy and our waste, are topics that we talk and read about every day, so you can imagine how excited we are to be working with one of the UK’s leading  lights in this area.

Playing a big role in the sustainability and recycling agenda they are looking for a Senior Press Officer to join their brilliant comms team. It’s an important role and one which requires you to be front and centre of national press enquires, championing positive coverage and helping to build the brand and it’s reputation. Along side this you will work closely with the senior team to deliver the communications strategy and more widely across the businesses and it’s European offices to promote the innovative and pro-active approach the business takes to managing its waste and sustainability programmes.

We need a relationship builder; someone who loves to network and be collaborative. But we also need someone who is passionate about current affairs and is hungry for the news agenda. With the environment being such a huge topic; politically, socially and economically we need someone who loves storytelling, who is excited to travel the country showing journalists about all projects that are underway and is of course a keen writer.

It’s a fabulous role for someone news savvy, looking for a move in-house & passionate about the sustainability agenda.
