Senior Account Manager required for a busy PR and Communications agency looking for an interim freelancer whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. They are award winning in their own right and specialise in B2B PR offering clients a variety of specialist services across the technology, marketing, professional services, retail and FMCG sectors, from dynamic start-ups to more established brands.


The company


My client is very much a firm believer that when you work for clients it's all about the knowledge and experience you can bring and how you convert this into interesting, compelling and current copy and content. They tell stories and share news that attract trade and media attention in press such as Campaign, Marketing Week, Drum and the nationals as a whole.


Their interesting client list comprises of organisations that would target and work with a companies Marketing Director such as:



  • Ad agencies

  • Media agencies

  • Branding agencies

  • Programmatic media buying

  • Native advertising tech

  • Martech

  • Adtech

  • Data experts


Fundamentally, they are looking for a B2B Specialist who is creative just like them.


The Senior Account Manager role



  • Plan and implement cohesive PR strategies

  • Work to raise the media profile of clients alongside increasing their brand reputation and displaying them as experts in their field

  • Play a supporting role in New Business

  • Producing concise and compelling content for a variety of platforms



Key requirements for the Freelance PR B2B Senior Account Manager



  • An eye for attention to detail, knowing what does and doesn't work in the press

  • You will preferably have had previous experience working within the B2B PR sector, ideally across tech or marcomms companies

  • Previous team management and new business experience
