* Proven experience in creating, running and reporting on paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (Google Ads, LinkedIn & Snapchat a bonus).
* Very high standard of written and spoken English and ability to develop and adopt tone of voice guidelines
* Must be hands on, with the drive and hunger to get involved with lots of different areas
* Ability to prioritise, yet able to respond and adapt in a fast paced, ever changing environment

PREFERRED
* Experience in basic content creation (copy, graphics and video using
* Adobe Suite or similar)
* Experience preparing and presenting proposals
* Experience in the basics of project management
* Experience in a high-growth early-stage business
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
