PR Manager - Hospitality & Entertainment - Brand new role - £35-45k doe

The PR Manager role is a newly created position within the business. You'll be based in the head office which is in South / Greater London but you'll be travelling around the restaurants on a regular basis, discussing ideas for communications campaigns, sampling new menus, taking journalists on experience days.
Day to day you'll be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering a consumer PR programme at a local and national level, working with the trade media too, managing media requests and dealing with influencers. I am looking for someone who loves working with the media and who is a self-starter, able to fish out stories and opportunities from inside the business.
Reporting into the new Head of Communications who has an incredible ex-big-agency heritage, you will also work closely with the husband and wife founders, the marketing team and of course the chefs and general managers of the restaurants.
Essentially you will:
- have around three to six years agency PR experience
- have expertise in consumer pr
- be a confident media communicator with demonstrable results
- have experience of working with influencers
- love food!
