This b2b, b2c and technology focused agency is looking for a Senior Account Executive and Account Manager to join the team and work on a number of global technology clients. The Role:

  • Develop and execute the PR programme across your clients  
  • Be the day to day lead with clients
  • Build and maintain media relationships and key stakeholders
  • Drive the media relations and analyst work
  • Oversee media promotional activity programmes
  • Proactively drive the social media and digital programmes
  • Be responsible for running client events, conferences, seminars, press trips etc
  • Write coherent, on message content for all channels as well as reports, thought leadership, speaker proposals, blogs
  • Play a role in new business pitching and contribute creatively
  • Manage and motivate junior team members
  • Brief and manage third party suppliers
  • Help the account director manage budgets and resources

Skills:

  • Ability to deliver b2b and b2c tech PR programmes and offer strategic and tactical comms advice to clients
  • Demonstrate a good grasp of the b2b technology industry
  • Strong written and communications skills
  • Have strong ‘selling-in’ skills to pitch to journalists and analysts
  • Have a thorough understanding for the digital and social media platforms and proactively look to exploit opportunities
  • Some experience in working on new business and keenness to take part in pitches
  • Experience in planning and managing events ranging from trade shows, press trips and conferences, speaker and award opportunities
  • A confident team player capable of managing junior team members
  • Strong attention to detail, good organiser
