Director of Marketing

BDP is an award winning interdisciplinary practice of architects, engineers, designers and urbanists. Continuing success has seen us grow to over 1,250 staff with 13 city studios across the globe, including new studios in Canada and Singapore. We have set out an exciting vision to become a leading integrated design practice ready to meet the challenges faced by the global community. 

We are seeking to recruit a Director of Marketing to work closely with the senior leadership, marketing teams and Head of Communications to develop and implement a marketing strategy, setting the strategic direction and coordination of marketing, business development and communications activity across BDP. 

The successful candidate will be able to think strategically and influence at a senior level. They must possess excellent collaboration and team leadership skills, strong relevant marketing experience, either directly or tangentially related to the construction industry, and a genuine passion for design. 

The salary level will be commensurate with a senior leadership position within BDP.
