Head of Communications - N4P - Initial 6 month maternity cover

This N4P with a global footprint acts as a commentator for effective Government. With Think Tank status and the support of an international management consultancy this organisation is at the forefront of making Governments more responsible.

Heading up their global communications strategies you will sit in the UK office and lend support and counsel to your North American colleagues. You’ll be the guardian of the organisations editorial output, their messaging and their media relations. You will both develop and execute the activity in the UK and will help teams in their territories by providing them with a comms framework and advice on how best to execute.

You will have experience of working with international media, ideally knowledge of the N4P space but will also have some understanding of more commercial environments and budget management.

Currently offered as a 6 month maternity cover with a possibility of extension, we are looking for candidates available to start in December or January who have experience of working with philanthropic enterprises and have a strong understanding of international politics.
