We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Officer to join a multi-national professional services firm. The Senior Internal Communication Officer will be an integral part of the central communications team and own specific areas of internal communications, helping to make sure communications strategy aligns across offices in the UK, Middle East, India and Africa. This is an exciting role, offering the chance of being in a leadership role where you can influence across the business.

Responsibilities:

•             Management of the delivery of internal communication across UKIMEA, spanning areas including operations, HR, finance, digital transformation, organisational change and advisory

•             Strategic messaging, design and measurement of success of campaigns

•             Being a trusted advisor to senior business leaders

•             Bringing innovative and creative thinking to the role

•             Coaching and line managing less experienced team members

Requirements:

•             Substantial internal communications experience at manager level

•             Experience of working in a matrixed structure organisation would be ideal

•             Excellent stakeholder management experience

•             Experience of working in a multi-national role would be beneficial

•             Some experience of change communications would be desirable

•             Be able to be ‘hands-on’ as well as strategic
