General Manager - Saudi Arabia - PR Agency

Outstanding opportunity in for a leading client of ours who are a public relations consulting company as they look to hire a General Manager. 

The General Manager (GM) will work with the Senior Vice President KSA (SVP) to foster team development, provide leadership to staff engaged in delivering programs for clients, and will assist the GM to ensure the office meets its financial objectives.

The GM will also work with other GMs, the Senior Leadership Team, practice leaders and human resources as needed. This role is also an important part of succession planning providing an opportunity to prepare a strong candidate for future management roles.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related.
• 12+ years experience in a similar role.

Additional Details:

• 22 days holiday per annum (in addition to all UAE public holidays for the private sector)
