Corporate Communications Manager

Looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join a FTSE listed business in the Retail sector.

You will be used to working in a fast paced environment and have a strong understanding of crisis/issues comms.

You will be responsible for proactive and reactive Corporate PR for the business.  Building an excellent network of contacts across the business and externally with the media, analysts and other stakeholders to identify positive news stories.

You will play a key role in the reporting of financial results and associated media events.  Prior experience working in a FTSE listed business would be advantageous.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience/knowledge of delivering a corporate social media communications strategy for the business would be advantageous but not essential.  This includes taking ownership of the content for the business corporate social channels along with supporting executives with their social media communications. 

A background in retail/consumer goods would be advantageous either from an in-house or agency background.
