We’re looking for a creative, can do Campaigns Officer, to develop communication plans and produce engaging content that supports the delivery of our corporate strategy.

Available to start as soon as possible, you’ll be an experienced communications professional with proven outstanding project management skills. You’ll be able to work independently and as part of a team, supporting a Campaigns Manager to coordinate colleagues across the Strategic Communication and Engagement directorate and wider organisation.

As an ideal candidate, you:

  • Can demonstrate your experience in a communications role, with a strong understating of strategic communications and engagement.
  • Have experience managing communications for change projects and programmes
  • Have exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Are an outstanding communicator, both verbal and written – able to develop engaging content for specific audiences
  • Understand and are able to mitigate risk

This role is the opportunity to work within one of the largest healthcare regulators within the UK. In return, you’ll benefit from being part of an organisation that is genuinely committed to its people. We offer an attractive benefits package that includes a 15% employer contribution pension scheme, and a generous holiday allowance.

Join our friendly and supportive team and you’ll enjoy working on a variety of exciting projects and a meaningful career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

We strongly believe that diversity of background and experience contributes to a broader collective perspective that will consistently lead to us being a better regulator. We are working hard to increase the diversity of our staff, and also the diversity of those we work with wherever we can and we would actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.

The GMC is a charity registered in England and Wales (1089278) and Scotland.
