A thriving political and strategic communications agency based in the heart of London are looking for a Head of Client delivery to join their senior leadership team! This role will provide an opportunity for someone to oversee the delivery of high quality research and communications support across a range of UK accounts. The successful candidate will also take part in driving forward business strategies, supporting with the provision of sector leading consultancy advice and taking a proactive role in supporting new business. This is an immensely exciting opportunity to fill a new role in the agency, providing leadership to a talented team!

Responsibilities:

• To participate in strategic decision making and deliver agreed actions and strategies

• Oversight of client retention – primarily implementation and accountability for client journey

• Oversight of client delivery, resourcing and quality control

• Responsible for key relationships across client base

• To be a line manager for designated members of the team

• To drive forward new business development, including networking and increasing the agency’s profile in strategic business areas

Requirements:

• Substantial experience of delivering public affairs, media relations and social media strategies

• Experience in providing senior counsel to leaders at senior executive and C-suite levels

• The ability to operate in a collegiate manner and provide high-level and strategic advice and counsel to the leadership team

• A proven ability to retain clients over the long-term

• A proven track record of winning new business and working independently and autonomously in overseeing and managing client accounts

• Ideally some policy expertise in health, education, transport or energy & the environment
