Executive Director - Consumer - Global Agency

We're seeking a rising Associate Director or Director looking for a new challenge for a global top 10 agency to work with big consumer-fmcg brands.  Having partnered with this agency for over 13 years we know that they offer a refreshing and rewarding culture, which promotes work-life balance.  They now seek to appoint an Executive Director for their growing consumer practice.  With offices around the globe they work with some of the biggest brands on the planet, so it doesn't get much more high profile than this.

The fast paced and ambitious team delivers award-winning work, devising and implementing major brand initiatives, both globally and locally, creating toolkits, developing content and publishing strategies for clients.

They seek a Director who can be a trusted advisor to clients, who is a strategic thinker and who can bring a creative spark to the consumer team.  You will be an exceptional leader, mentor and coach, enjoy growing a team with the help of their insightful training department. Coupled with this you will have the ability to be part of the new business teams and enjoy pitches.  You'll have a progressive mindset and you will be interested in evolving communications and the role of PR within the marketing mix. They also would love a consumer director who is brave enough to try new approaches and adopt new technologies/practices.
