Digital Communications Manager - In-house

Looking for a new in-house digital role? A charity and membership association are looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join their team in the heart of London! This is an extremely varied role that will include coordinating a digital content schedule across all channels for the organisation, writing and uploading engaging content to the website, creating email campaigns, managing the social media presence and monitoring key trends to name a few! You will be reporting into a Senior Digital Content Manager but there is plenty of room to grow in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting in reviewing, developing and updating the website
• Coordinating a digital content schedule across all channels
• Ensure content fits with the organisation’s tone of voice
• Writing and uploading engaging content to the website
• Managing the social media presence with the aim of reaching a high-quality audience
• Monitoring social media trends

Requirements:

• Solid experience of using website content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, email marketing tool and social media analytics tools
• Solid understanding of social media platforms
• Experience of CRM is desirable
• Experience of developing relationships with key stakeholders
