Account Director / Senior Account Director

One of London’s leading strategic communications agencies are looking for an Account Director / Senior Account Director to join their growing team. You will be ensuring high level of client communication and satisfaction, developing the business, and leading by example for junior members. Responsibilities:

• Day to day lead on assigned accounts
• Professional services / B2B experience (a knowledge of aerospace and the aviation sector is preferable) 
• Finding and developing organic client growth opportunities
• Managing teams to deliver on client business objectives/ written briefs
• Overseeing and managing measurements of output against briefs
• Leading quarterly client reviews
• Playing a major role in business developing the business
• Supporting the wider development of the agency
• Communicating best practice and latest trends within the agency
• Being a positive and engaging role model for junior team members

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of managing clients and client teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge/expertise in digital platforms and schedules
• An understanding of Media and influencer contacts
