Consumer Associate Director – 12 month FTC with potential to go perm

We are looking for an Associate Director for a fantastic independent agency with a variety of big hitter brands such as ASDA, Ferrero and Premier Foods. Taking on a maternity cover for 12 months, you’ll be the number two/right hand person to the Head of Consumer, running several of the agency’s biggest accounts. Whilst this is a fixed term maternity cover, due to the amount of new business the agency is successful at winning, there’s also a very strong chance the role will go permanent if desired.

The agency is integrated with services including PR/comms, digital/content, influencer work and experiential and their campaigns are highly respected in the industry.

Culturally, they are around 60 people with a strong senior team that have fostered a positive, inspiring and collegiate atmosphere in which employee wellbeing and happiness is hugely prioritised.
