Senior Account Executive - In-house PR
£28,000 + fantastic benefits
Our client, a leading provider of luxury holidays, primarily within the Nordic region but also globally, is looking for a passionate and pro-active public relations professional to join its in-house PR team!
Working specifically in the UK market, the in-house PR team is responsible for both protecting and also enhancing the client’s brand. Developing beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives, highlighting the client’s USP and brand heritage are key responsibilities of this position.
The primary function of this position is to manage the press office for the UK market and to implement proactive PR campaigns as well as crisis communications and issues management.
The Right Candidate
- Knowledge/interest of the travel PR industry
- Strong written skills and attention to detail
- Experience developing and maintaining media relations
- Drafting and pitching press releases, articles, stories and product pieces
- Two years’ PR experience, preferably gained within an agency environment
- Hands-on and team oriented with a desire to learn and progress
