Account Manager – Sports Integrated PR Agency – Competitive Salary

Following a hugely successful inaugural season in UEFA Champions League with their long-term client, our client is looking for an ambitious Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join their London based agency.

The primary purpose of the role will be to manage and drive a flagship campaign for a blue-chip brand in UEFA Champions League, among other sport and entertainment clients within the agency.

You’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of the campaign and play a critical role in its on-going development over the course of multiple seasons, building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers alike to grow the account and deliver globally recognised work. This is a truly integrated and multi-faceted project led by UK-wide event activation and experiential, supported by content, ambassadors, campaign partners, PR and social.

Responsibilities:

• Client servicing - daily communications, account administration and reporting
• Management of campaign partners and stakeholders
• Management of event delivery and key suppliers
• Development of activation and communication plans
• Development of campaign creative (e.g. branding, content, event experience)
• Planning of long-term campaign strategy
• Development of content and managing shoots
• Proposing and pitching ideas to clients
• Managing client teams; sponsorship, event, digital, social
• Management of project budgets and reconciliation

Key Attributes:

• 4 years+ relevant experience in brand and sponsorship activations and/or consumer campaigns (sports & entertainment clients essential)
• Experience in event activation and management is essential
• Knowledge of PR and comms industry is essential
