An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Director or Managing Director to join a leading strategic communications agency in Central London. You will support and advise clients with leading-edge practice and thinking around change. Other responsibilities include working with the lead partner for engagement and change so that our offer remains current and help colleagues develop their expertise.  You will be working in a supportive and vibrant environment and receive excellent benefits such as pension, free gym membership, private healthcare, yoga and free breakfast

Responsibilities

  • Increase colleagues understanding and expertise in engagement and change
  • Work with the lead Partner to update our offer so it stays in line with best practice and new thinking
  • Identify new business opportunities and help pitch teams to prepare best in class responses
  • Support existing clients and working on accounts where engagement and internal communication are needed
  • Work on crisis, M&A, IPO and other rapid change mandates
  • Solidify relationships with clients by providing ongoing counsel and support

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in employee change and culture
  • Be authoritative enough to act as a trusted advisor on all levels
  • Experience leading complex engagement and change projects
  • An interest in Social purpose and employee engagement
  • An interest in markets and finance and a strong understanding on how to win hearts and minds during change
  • Demonstrable experience of taking business through change
  • Being an ideas’ person who can come up with original approaches and offers
  • Eager to contribute to thought leadership through research articles and events
